Food Activations and Campaigns

Intimina - Period Crunch

INTIMINA came to me with the idea of creating a statement-making breakfast cereal to get people talking about periods. I helped bring Period Crunch to life, developing the concept of raspberry-flavoured cereal shaped like a uterus, with milk that 'bleeds' red when poured over it. The challenge was to create something visually recognisable that worked as a real food product and delivered the impact the campaign needed. Designed to get people talking about menstrual health around the kitchen table, it was a brilliant example of how food can be used as a creative tool to challenge taboos and start conversations.

Kraken Rum - Sea Scoops

Kraken came to me with the idea of turning seafood into savoury soft serve, served in black charcoal ice cream cones, and I helped bring this wonderfully weird concept to life. I developed the flavours and toppings for three seafood-inspired scoops: smoked mackerel pâté, spicy sesame tuna, anchovy green goddess, and creamy taramasalata, each finished with unexpected accompaniments ranging from caviar and king prawns to Monster Munch and Kraken-infused teriyaki glaze. The challenge was to take a deliberately unconventional idea and make it work as something genuinely delicious, visually striking and practical to serve on the go. We turned this into a touring street-food activation that brought Kraken's dark, playful personality to life through food, and served over 1000 people!

Kraken Rum - Jellyfish Valentines Menu

Kraken came to me with the idea of a Valentine's Day feast centred around jellyfish, and I helped bring this wonderfully unusual concept to life through food. I worked on creating a multi-course menu that incorporated jellyfish into everything from a fresh salad starter to teriyaki jellyfish with squid ink noodles and a dark and stormy jelly made with Kraken Rum and real jellfish pieces. The brief was to create something unexpected that felt dark, theatrical and indulgent, with the food playing a central role in telling the story. It was a great opportunity to push creative boundaries and show how food can bring an unconventional brand idea to life. This was sent out to press and influencers as a romantic date night in.

AO - Bear Pizza Vans

AO came to me with the idea of creating a pizza menu inspired by the favourite foods of famous bears, from Paddington's marmalade sandwiches to Winnie-the-Pooh's honey and Goldilocks' porridge. I developed the recipes, turning these familiar foods into playful, unexpected pizza toppings that worked as real, freshly made slices, balancing the novelty of the concept with flavours that were genuinely delicious. The menu also included a savoury picnic-inspired pizza and a salmon-topped slice for the original grizzly. The finished creations were served from AO's Bear's pop-up Pizza van att Battersea Power Station, bringing the brand's much-loved green bear to life through food.
