About Sophie

I'm Sophie Foot, a London-based food and drinks stylist, home economist, recipe creator and developer with over a decade of experience in the culinary and creative industries.

Trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine, I love combining culinary skill with creativity to make food look as good as it tastes—whether that’s for print, film, social media, or a PR stunt, I’m all about bringing delicious ideas to life.

I’m known for bringing bring versatility, attention to detail, and storytelling to every project, and I pride myself on being collaborative, unflappable, and a safe pair of hands on set.

My portfolio spans editorial spreads, major advertising shoots, lifestyle campaigns, and delightfully unorthodox projects—like creating a uterus-shaped cereal that ‘bleeds’ into milk or seafood ‘gelato’ for a brand PR stunt. No concept is too wild!

In addition to styling, I write and develop recipes for brands, magazines, and cookbooks. I've ghostwritten cookbooks, contributed to renowned food publications, and crafted recipes that align with brand identities and target audiences. My work emphasises clarity, creativity, and culinary authenticity.

I’ve also worked on high-profile shoots with A-list celebrities, handling large-scale productions with professionalism and discretion.
